Rajnath to visit J&K and Ladakh tomorrow to review security situation

New Delhi, July 16: Rajnath Singh, defence minister will be visiting J&K and Ladakh on July 17-18. This two day visiting will be accompanied by Manoj Mukund Naravand, Army Chief General. They said that the aim is to check the security situations there and, also meeting and encouraging the soldiers on border lines and also the soldiers who got injuries during the attack of June 15 by China’s PLA in Galwan Valley.

Rajnath had earlier claimed to visit Ladakh on July 3 but the plan was put on hold as Prime Minister “Narender Modi” wish to visit the forward locations of Eastern Ladakh the same time. But again the plans are revealed by Rajnath to visit the locations to get satisfaction regarding the security measures.
