Varanasi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi leads by 9,000 votes in Varanasi after the fourth round of voting. Previously, he was trailing behind his Congress rival, Ajay Rai.
In Lucknow, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh leads by 6,500 votes. BJP’s Hema Malini is ahead by over 38,000 votes in Mathura, while Dr. Mahesh Sharma leads by over 73,000 votes in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Actor Arun Govil leads by over 13,000 votes in Meerut. In Sultanpur, BJP candidate Maneka Gandhi is behind by over 5,800 votes, while Union Minister Anupriya Patel trails by a slim margin of 269 votes in Mirzapur.
Smriti Irani is also trailing in the Amethi seat by around 3,000 votes.
