J&K: 108 KAS probationers placed at RD & PR

July 25: The legal notice has come that the services of 108 Junior Scale Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) probationers have been placed at the disposal of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (RD&PR) in the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir, as reported.
It is confirmed that the order was issued on Friday by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner-Secretary to the Government that in the interest of administration, the services of 108 Junior Scale KAS Probationers, who are undergoing training at J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development are hereby placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, for their further posting as Block Development Officers.
This order further commanded that the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj shall ensure that these Probationers are posted in smaller blocks, utilizing experienced officers in larger blocks and they shall be posted immediately and they shall neither be attached nor kept waiting for posting in any condition.
