Report of the Committee constituted for proposing Relief and Revival of Business Sector in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir

Sanction is hereby accorded to constitution of Committee comprising the following to examine the issue of delay in the payments pertaining to macademization of roads by Public Works (R&B) Department, Saubhagya Scheme, works executed in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and Industries and Commerce Department:-The Committee shall monitor and streamline the payment of dues for works/supplies which have been done in compliance with rules and ensure timely payment. It will continue to function till all backlogs of payments as on 15.09.2020 are settled. It will be serviced by Industries & Commerce Department.
