Heroin (Chitta) 10 GM recovered by Insp. Manjeet Singh, SHO Bakshi Nagar

Jammu, July 16: The police authority of PS Bakshi Nagar deputed on Naka duty near Pawan Icecream recovered about 10gm of Heroin (chitta) while checking the vehicles.

The police authority intercepted one LP truck No. JK02AP-5315 that was coming from Shakti Nagar towards Bhagwati Nagar at 1900 hours, driven by Driver namely Kamal Kishore S/O Chuni Lal R/O khoon Majalta, During personal search of Driver of truck, 10 GM Heroin ( Chitta) like substance has been recovered from his possession.
This case with FIR No. 101/2020 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS act has been registered and they said the truck driver has been arrested and recovered contraband and Truck No. JK02AP -5315 has been seized. Further investigation is proceeding.
