CM Omar Abdullah Aerial Survey of Flood-Hit Areas in J&K

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah conducted an aerial survey of flood-affected areas in Kathua district on Thursday, October 5, 2023. This survey came in response to the devastating impact of recent floods that impacted numerous villages in the region.

During the aerial survey, Abdullah interacted directly with residents whose homes suffered significant damage. He visited Duggain village in Billawar, where many families lost their houses. “We understand the pain caused by this natural calamity,” Abdullah stated, emphasizing the government’s commitment to assist affected residents.
