The injured victims included Manzoor Hussain, Shabir Hussain, Sadiqa Bano, Masrat Zara, and Fareeda Bano, all hailing from Kargil. The quick response from local emergency services ensured that the victims received essential medical assistance in a timely manner.
Officials stated that following the accident, paramedics transported the injured to the Primary Healthcare Centre in Sonamarg. From there, medical staff referred them to Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura for specialized treatment.
