Dharmarth Trust celebrates Krishna Janmashtami with religious fervour at Raghunathji Temple
Jammu: J&K Dharmarth Trust celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami with great religious fervour and devotion at the historic Raghunathji Temple in Jammu, where a huge rush of devotees gathered to pay obeisance and participate in the celebrations.
The temple premises were beautifully decorated, and devotional bhajans and kirtans echoed throughout the day. The midnight Aarti of Lord Krishna was the main highlight of the celebration, performed with traditional rituals amidst a spiritually charged atmosphere. The special Aarti was attended by Dr. P.S. Pathania, Ashok Kumar Sharma (IPS Retd.), Secretary of the Trust, and other distinguished members of the community. Earlier, MLA Yudhvir Sethi and his wife Priya Sethi, former minister also paid obeisance in the temple.
Adding splendour to the occasion, the Art of Living Foundation organized a grand Bhajan Sandhya in the temple premises, enthralling devotees with soulful bhajans and devotional music.

During the musical programme, two minutes’ silence was observed on behalf of the Dogra Royal Family to pay homage to the victims of the recent cloudbursts in Kishtwar and Kathua districts.
The celebrations infused the entire atmosphere with spirituality and devotion, reminding devotees of Lord Krishna’s eternal message of love, righteousness, and dharma.
