LG J&K transfers JKAS Officer to Ladakh

LEH, July 09: LG J&K Manoj Sinha transferred JKAS Officer Usman Khan to Ladakh.

Usman was transferred from the post of OSD to Sports & Transport Minister couple of days ago.
