Jammu : The AAP -J&K, Jammu celebrated 75th Republic day with great zeal & fervor, in its Jammu North office, on 26-01-2024. Sr. AAP leaders, S/Sh. Omparkash Sharma, Romesh Lal Bhagat, Ashni Mattoo, Suresh Bhagat, Adv. Arvind Bandral, Adv. Dalvinder Kumar Bhagat, S. Ranjodh Singh, Shaadi Lal, S Amrik Singh & Kuldeep Kumar Rao, unfurled the National flag in presence of, AAP leaders & volunteers.
Addressing the gathering, the Sr. AAP leaders said that with the advent of constitution in 1950 , the country was officially known as the Republic of India-a “ sovereign, socialist, secular & democratic republic” that “ secures all its citizens justice, liberty, equality & fraternity” according to its preamble. They said that the freedom was achieved, at the cost of innocent lives of more than 15 lacs besides execution of hundreds of Patriots irrespective of caste, creed & colour but unfortunately, as of now, the country has gone into the hands of people who are exploiting the people on the lines of casteism, regionalism & communalism simply to gain power forgetting everything about development, removal of poverty, hunger & unemployment etc as a result there is complete anarchy, chaos & confusion. They appealed the masses to maintain peace & communal harmony at all costs in National interest & cautioned them to put their everything to save the unity and integrity of the Nation, achieved by our National Heroes by spilling their blood and sacrificing lives for it.
The 75th Republic day was also celebrated at AAP Party office Puni Chak, Jammu, with great zeal & fervor & unfurled the National flag in presence of, AAP leaders & volunteers at Party office, Puni Chak, Jammu. While congratulating the countrymen, of all hues, from Kashmir to Kanya Kumari, irrespective of caste, creed & colour, have cautioned them to put their everything to save the unity and integrity of the Nation, achieved by our National Heroes & further underlined that need of the hour, for every countrymen, is to bind the Nation in the sacred thread of mutual love of communal harmony & mutual respect for every religion, brother hood & keeping high the age old GANGA- JAMUNI civilization by discarding & rejecting any design to create & promote communal divide between various sects of Great Nation-the INDIA.
