1 Bootlegger with 5 liter of illicit Liquor Arrested by BISHNAH POLICE STATION

JAMMU : Acting swiftly on an information that one person is
selling illicit liquor in the fields at Vill. Kothey Morh.Today on 09/08/2020 a police party led by Insp.Tahir Yousaf Khan, SHO Police Station Bishnah raided the spot and apprehended one person namely Rajat Kumar S/O Jagdish Chander R/O Vill. Kothey Morh Teh. Bishnah Distt. Jammu. During search 05 Ltrs of illicit liquor was recovered from his possession .

In this regard a case FIR No. 129/2020 U/S 48 (a) Excise Act was registered at P/S Bishnah. Accused has been arrested on spot.Further investigation is in process.
