Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research Marks 8th National Ayurveda Day with Fireless Cooking Competition

Jammu : JIAR CELEBRATES 8TH NATIONAL AYURVEDA DAY . Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Jammu started a series of events for celebration of 8th National Ayurveda Day 2023 under the theme “Ayurveda for One Health ” “Har din har kisi ke liye Ayurveda”.On 6th Nov,2023 . JIAR Celebrated Fireless Cooking Competition of Ayurveda Recipe .
Total 19 stalls were there in which approximately 111 students participated. All the participants actively participated and made dishes based on the Principles of Ayurveda .The judges for the event were Mrs Japna Sharma, CEO,Shri Sain Charitable Trust for Higher Education and Research, Jammu, Dr. Sharada, Principal and Dr. Manu Sharma ,Professor.This whole event was conducted by Department of Agad Tantra and Rachana Sharira.
