Jammu: Rajkumar Tarkhan (Former Chairman JMC and Corporator Ward No.51 Channi Himmat Jammu) kicked starts the work of covering of drain with iron grating at Thanger in ward no.51 Channi Himmat, Jammu which costs Rupees 3.00 Lacs only.
Few days back a deputation of Locals met Rajkumar Tarkhan with the demands including upgradation of roads, iron and concrete grating over drains. The locals alleged that the area has been neglected by the successive governments and authorities.
Rajkumar Tarkhan met with concerned authorities and then after the road was upgraded few days back and now today started the work of upgradation of drains.
While addressing a gathering Tarkhan during the inauguration of covering of drain with iron and concrete grating once again retariated that BJP will leave no stone unturned to end many decades of discrimination being done with neglected areas. He also stated that the remaining demands of the people will be addressed at the earliest.
Rajkumar Tarkhan also state that Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narinder Modi government stands committed to overall development of every area especially in Jammu and Kashmir it is necessary that people also ensure proactive participation by monitoring the works especially the quality of material used in the developmental works. He said the execution of works has been initiated and it will be completed with no compromise on the quality of work so that people don’t have to suffer in the future.
