All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association Kashmir Appeal Lt Governor Jammu and Kashmir UT to notify comprehensive Transfer Policy for Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees working in Kashmir, In a Statement Sh.Vipen Kumar Chairman of the Association Urged Hon’ble Lt Governor to issue notification of Transfer policy for these employees on the occasion of Teachers Day. Mr Kumar Expressed strong hope that definitely LG Sahb will fulfil his commitment, and time is not far away when the employees appointed on inter District basis (Jammu Based Reserved Category) may get a chance to serve in their home district as well. “We are very much optimistic for Transfer policy notification, LG Administration has taken several employees friendly steps in recent past, and we expect notification of Transfer policy is also on the way to boost up the confidence of Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees working in Kashmir from last 15 years and Committee constituted for this purpose last year reflects the seriousness of LG administration to find out an employee friendly Solution for this long pending demand of Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Chairman Added.
He further appealed to Lt Governor that leave settlement issue of Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees is needed to be settled as per the aspirations of employees, taking into consideration the circumstances and situation, No doubt there are several measures taken up by the administration for welfare of Jammu Based Employees working in valley, but the main demand of a comprehensive Transfer policy is always a prime concern, and it’s right time to fulfil it now, Mr Kumar further stated.
Meanwhile President AJBRCEAK Mr Anil Radhey also requested for timely resolution of genuine issues of employees, He said we are thankful for LG Sahib for their commitment to reach out every section of employees, and hopefully Jammu Based Employees will get what they are demanding for, Hopefully Teachers day will bring some good news for them.
