Rajouri, 05-07-2023 : District chess Championship concluded
Viraj Raina Excelled in Rajouri District Chess Championship, which was organised by All J&K Chess Association (AJKCA) in support with J&K Sports Council (JKSC), and District Chess Association Rajouri concluded today at HS Sawani Rajouri here.
The event was conducted by Neha Dutta and Rakesh Singh as per the latest FIDE laws of Chess .
The Results:
BOYS: U19 Category:1st Position Rakshak Kumar 2nd Position Navdeep Singh and Third Position Sunny Sharma. Under-17 Boys: Ist Position Krish Khajuria, 2nd Position Akshay Kumar and 3rd Position Sajjad Ahmed Under 17 Girls:1st Position Pihu Bhardwaj 2nd Position Akriti Sharma 3rd Position Kremica Saraf.
Under 14 Boys: 1st Position Viraj Raina 2nd Position Ayush Bakshi 3rd Position Anshu Sharma Worthy Headmaster High School Sawani Sh.Nirmal Kumar was the chief guest on the closing ceremony along with Sh.Balvinder Singh (PEM),Mr.Sahil Raina PET,Mr.Katten Sharma and Mrs Neha Dutta District Gen.secretary Chess Association Rajouri.
