PANCHARI, MAY 17: The three day Farmer Orientation Programme ‘Kisan Sampark Abhiyan’ under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) started on April 15 concluded successfully today in Lander of Block Panchari.
During the three day orientation training cum awareness camps the villagers turned up in large numbers and showed keen interest in learning about the projects of HADP and other Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
Audiovisual (AVs) aids were used in disseminating the information at the grassroots level about various government sponsored schemes meant for the welfare of the farmers associated with Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Sheep Husbandry, Horticulture etc.
People were made aware regarding the schemes in vogue in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Sheep Husbandry and Horticulture.
Om Parkash, AEA ; Pankaj Khajuria, AEA ; Dr. Sandeep Kumar, VAS ; Kushpal Singh Stock Asst.; Sanjeev Singh, Horticulture Technician ; Shamsher Singh, Field Asst.;Vicky Kumar Branch Manager J&K Bank Lander ; Prabhat Singh from J&K Bank Lander,Perma Chand Field Asst from Agriculture Department and allied departments briefed the farmers regarding the schemes.
Thread bare discussions and Question Answer sessions were held during interaction sessions in panchayat.
Informative booklets in English Urdu and Hindi regarding the schemes of HADP were distributed among the participants.
Moreover, farmers were also made aware about Daksh Kisan (online learning portal for skill development) and Kisan Sathi (IT Dashboard) portal regarding the digitisation of various services/ schemes.
Sarpanch Seema Sharma appreciated the various stakeholders department for successfully culminating the 3 days of Farmer Orientation Programme ‘Kisan Sampark Abhiyan’ under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) at Lander of Block Panchari. He also said that the Government has launched a number of schemes and programs for the welfare of the farmers and urged them to avail the benefits of the same.
