3 Kgs of ganja recovered by Police Post Narwal Jammu. One peddler arrested

Jammu: Continuing it’s drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Jammu Police achieved major success by recovering 03 Kgs of ganja in the jurisdiction of PP Narwal.

A police team of PP Narwal led by SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari assisted by SHO PS Bahu Fort Inspr Shiv Dev Singh and I/C PP Narwal SI Lalit Sharma while on naka duty near Mohallah Rajiv Nagar rounded up a suspected person. During search, 03 kgs of ganja was recovered from their possession.

In this regard, case FIR No. 148/23 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act got registered at PS Bahu Fort and accused got arrested. Accused arrested was later identified as: Reema W/O Gogi R/O Rajiv Nagar.

Further investigation of the case is going on.
