Rahul Chair PHDCCI Jammu hails Union budget 2022-23 , Termed as well managed budget with in the available resources , Rahul Sahai highlighted some best points and some caution points

Rahul Sahai , Chair PHDCCI  Jammu said ECLGS extention upto march 2023  with an expanded  cover of  5 lakh crore will give some relief to msme’s , startups given chance to grow with govt to develop Dron shakti for agriculture activity is a boost to startups and startups should work hard in this area , Introduction of digital currency , giving bitcoin some direction and taxing  at 30% is a relief to people investing in bitcoins , PH GATI SHAKTI plan also sounds wonderful , MSME payments online mechanism is very good step but should be implemented in letter and spirit , SHWET NITI which focuses on digital university with hub and  spoke model , increased allocation for teachers training for tech is also a good step , Mission shakti is wonderful for women but it needs proper implementation Sahai also shared some of the caution points which  are , he said every year budget is presented but we also need to have review meetings before the next budget that how many schemes have been implemented , what are the reasons of lapsed amount learnings from these meetings should be corrected in next budget , synchronization with states regarding utilizations of funds and implementation of schemes is  need of the hour , we were expecting little more on women entrepreneurship  , Sahai said robust strategy on dependence on imports from other countries be corrected and needs some more attention .
