Steps for voting tomorrow:
- Voting shall start at 10.30 am
With venue at Gandhi Women College. - eleven polling booths shall be there with distinction as under:
Room No 1: 1 to 711
Room No 2 : 714 to 1065
Room No 3 : 1069 to 1381
Room No 4 : 1382 to 1660
Room No 5 : 1661 to 1955
Room No 6 : 1956 to 2216
Room No 7 : 2217 to 2490
Room No 8 : 2491 to 2715
Room No 9: 2716 to 2936
Room No 10: 2937 to 3152
Room No 11 : 3153 to 3368 - Entry through the gate of college by voter card exclusively. Vehicles to be parked outside.
- At the polling booth you have to surrender your voting slip to cast your valuable vote.
- Only Primary member or his alternate member is eligible to cast the vote.
- Please avoid duplicacy once the vote is casted by either primary member or by alternate member.
- Only contesting candidates and his nominated polling agent shall remain inside the college premises. All other members after casting their respective vote shall vacate the college premises at the earliest possible.
- Due to Covid restrictions and consequential SOPs , please maintain safe distance, bear the face mask and use sanitiser duly placed there. No refreshment, tea, lunch etc could be organised due to such restrictions. Inconvenience is regretted.
- No parking of vehicles upto 50 meters on either side of college Gate.
- No banners, posters are permissible as no canvassing on day of election.
- No eatable stalls near the premises of College, venue of election.
- Counting of votes shall commence soon after the closing of voting dot at 4.30 pm at the auditorium of Women College Gandhi Nagar. Only contesting candidates and nominated polling agent shall be permitted to stay inside that too without mobiles and any other electronic gazette.
👉It is pertinent to mention that Independent Observer Sh. Ajay Khajuria (KAS) Retd. shall also be present on spot to make his independent observations.
