International Flights are suspended in India till 30th September.

In India all International flights from and to from here will be suspended till 30th September, 2020. On Monday, a circular released that the Central Government has banned all visa related services even with International flights. Still the same exception like earlier for cargo and special flights will be permitted by Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). National Flights and The Vande Bharat Mission flights will work and operate as per schedule.

No special guidelines are mentioned exclusively for travelling International Flights in Unlock 4.0 guidelines issued by (MHA)

Since unlock 1.0 started India is in the process of unlocking itself slowly that was started from June 01, 2020 where as Unlock 4.0 guidelines will start from September 01, 2020.
Stated in Unlock 4.0 guidelines by MHA, the movement of passengers by trains, domestic passanger air travels, a movement of a person on Vande Bharat and Air Transport Bubble flights and sign-on and sign-off of Indian seafarers will continue to be regulated as per the SOPs issued.
Since March 23, 2020 International flights to and from India have been suspended. Last month according to July 31 guidelines, India had extended its International flights till August 31, 2020. Inter states flights or Domestic flights till limited routes and sectors began operating till May 25, 2020 having initial capacity of 33% and later on it is raised to 45% now.
‘Transport Bubble’ agreements are signed in India with USA, France and last month with Germany to allow the movement of passengers herd gradually till the Covid-19 Pandemics. Under the ‘air bubble’ agreements with India, limited number of international flights will operate in Air France and Airlines of the US.
To evacuate the stranded passengers, such type of agreement was also signed with Kuwait and UAE. And many such similiar agreements are likely to be done for ease in travelling of passengers by MHA.
