Congress leader Gourav kapoor takes an exit from congress party and joins APNI party. When asked the reason behind leaving the congress party, he said that most of the important decisions in congress were taken by only 4 people in the party. The other leaders opinions were not considered in taking important decisions. They often raised their voices in this concern but they were still not heard. This led to many congress leaders leaving the party.
