Kite flying has a special significance in our Jammu city and neighbouring towns. People irrespective of their age, be it children or adults are seen indulged in kite flying on this auspicious day. During the lockdown, more people will be flying kites and most propably this year’s raksha bandhan will appear more colourful than usual.
