While further intensifying the campaign against the violations/illegal constructions, the enforcement staff led by Chief Enforcement Officer, Enforcement Officer demolished two no’s of big iron rolling shutters erected by violators to convert the parking areas into commercial establishment on ground floor at main road opp. Vikas Lane, Talab Tillo, Jammu against the approved building plans.The said demolition operation has been conducted by pressing both men & machinery into service. The operation has been conducted on the directions of Ms. Avny Lavasa, IAS Commissioner JMC and under the close supervision of Jt. Commissioner (Adm.) Sh. Ashish Kumar Gupta, KAS.
The JMC once again appeals to the general public to raise constructions as per the approved building site plans & refrain from raising constructions illegally or in violation to COBA failing which strict action as per Municipal Bye laws shall be taken against the violators which may lead to demolition/sealing of the premises/Structure.
