Today 13-2-2020 a presser was organized by all parents association jammu in which president of association told the media representatives about the annual function organized by the private schools coordination committee held at Teachers Bhawan Jammu in which all the high ranked bureaucrats of education department were present Amit Kapoor said that these high ranked bureaucrats have the time to attend these kind of functions but they don’t have time to visit there own govt. schools which are in pathetic conditions like a school in Bahardurkhan in Bishanh which is merely less then 25 kms from Jammu itself which was in the reports of media and was all over the channels few days back because of the pathetic condition of the school building due to which the life of innocent primary class students is in danger school of bhadurkhan is just one example of govt. schools there are numerous schools in same condition running “Ram Bharose”. The back to village program started by our honorable governor was total failure as it was merely a white wash to the eyes because nothing was done after hearing the grievances of schools like this.
Further he said that in annual function of private schools coordination committee advisor to LG said that “interventions are underway to improve the education” he said that its just a “Jumla” nothing is being done still as the private schools are charging exhorbent fee as of there sweet will and the administration is doing nothing but is attending functions like this to make a healthier relations with the private schools coordination committee since it is a great platform to establish and to strengthen the “Attachiyon k Rishtey” and on the other side parents association is not so sound in the terms of money they cant arrange such big functions for these bureaucrats and hence cant make such types of bonds hence they are paying the price as these private schools are charging hefty school fees and now they are also charging hefty amount in the name of late fee fine like MHAC NAGBANI school is charging as high as Rs7000/- and HERITAGE school is also charging late fee fine not providing results to the parents as they are not paying late fee fine and as you all know the winter season is in last phase but all the private schools are forcing parents to buy the winter uniforms like tracksuits just to earn high amounts from parents but our bureaucrats are unable to see these malpractices because they are busy in enjoying the annual functions of private schools associations and are busy in making there relationship of suitcases with them only all the hue and cry of parents goes over the deaf ears of this administration of education department.
Many times parents association submitted many memorandums to various advisors of Lg about the grievances of the students and parents but all gone vain as the administration is busy in ribbon cutting of these kind of annual functions organized by private schools
Amit kapoor said that the schools are meant to provide education to the needy on no profit no loss basis but know days private school owners with the help of these kind of private school associations have established the relations of suitcases with the education administration and are running there business of looting the parents very effectively and the administration has closed its eyes as they get there chunk of share of this business of looting.
Amit kapoor in the end put forth two questions to the education administration
1) Why the order of honorable high court of Jammu was was not implemented|?
2) How did the private school association got the “X”part stay in supreme court of India.
