Jammu,30 January : In a Press Conference today,Social Activist and President of Dogra Sangthan has refuted the allegations levelled at him as baseless & a part of propaganda by some miscreants with vested interests.He added that a lot of rumour mongering was done to tarnish his image and after all this High Voltage Drama he approached the session court & filed a plea to get details of all the FIR’s registered against him in District Jammu.In a case titled “Amit Kapoor Vs SSP Jammu” and after a time duration of one and half Month the FIR’s were produced in the Court & there were only two FIR’s registered against me of the same case of Protest against Pulwama Attack.He said entire nation was protesting and was in deep anger and sorrow and wanted immediate action against the preparators of attack & this FIR was registered in February 2019 and this FIR is not against me only but this is against 1000 of youth who were protesting against the attack.
The allegations of history sheeter, land grabbing & black mailing are totally baseless because no such FIR of above cases exists in any Police Station of Jammu District.
He added that I’m a common man and don’t know why such miscreants are there to tarnish my image although such things cannot stop me,I’m there for the cause of public and will always remain and i want to clear my fight is not against any person or individual.
At the end my question & suggestion to such newspapers who publish such news items without fact check is what will happen to common man with weak heart against whom such big allegations are levelled without fact check,Who will be held responsible if anything untoward happens? & suggestion is to please verify the authenticity of news before publishing it in your esteemed newspaper.
