Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu paid homage to the martyrs at Balidan Stambh on Republic Day here. Mr Murmu laid wreath at the Eternal Flame of the War Memorial.
The event was organised by Tiger Division wherein all ranks of Tiger Division and J&K Police graced the occasion.
