On behalf of the aggrieved people of District Udhampur, I bring into your notice that many projects of roads building & bridges have been left incomplete by R&B Department in Udhampur District inspite of the fact that funds have been provided in full by the Govt. The worst suffers projects & works are that of Health Department & Schools under RMSA funding. Many KGBV buildings have also not been completed by R&B Department despite availability of funds. Due to these incomplete projects the benefit has not reached to the general public.
It is therefore humbly requested that a detailed enquiry into the state of affairs of R&B Division Udhampur be conducted as regards all incomplete building of Health, School Education departments besides in the following road & bridge projects.
We are highlighted to major project this time and the project cost is Approx. Rs. 7 Crores
- Road from Jakhani Udhampur to Lower Bali Upto Sharda Mata Temple project cost is Rs. 350 Lacs.
Funds Utilized Approx. 305 Lacs
As per information work is not done on said road
Scheme Funding -Nabard - Construction of motorable bridge on Himbara Nallah near Krimchi Mansar without approaches.
Project cost is Rs. 400 Lacs.
Expenditure- Almost full Scheme SDRF State Disaster relief fund.
Till Date public is suffered
We want to wake up the top officials and now it is very necessary that matter is investigated and if corruption/misuse of Govt. fund found then effective step should be taken so that we have a corruption free India.
