\u201cThose words \u201cSher-i-Kashmir Police Medal for Gallantry and \nSher-i-Kashmir Medal for Meritorious Service\u201d shall henceforth be read \nas \u201cJammu and Kashmir Police Medal for Gallantry and Jammu and Kashmir \nPolice Medal for Meritorious Service,\u201d Jammu and Kashmir government said\n in a release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier today, as many as 126 Jammu and Kashmir police personnel were\n awarded President\u2019s Police Medal for Distinguished Service, Meritorious\n Service and Police Medal for Gallantry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c126 J&K Police personnel are among the awardees of President\u2019s \nPolice Medal for Distinguished Service, Meritorious Service and Police \nMedal for Gallantry. This includes three President\u2019s Police Medals for \nGallantry, 105 Police Medals for Gallantry, two President\u2019s Police Medal\n for Distinguished Services and 16 President\u2019s Police Medal for \nMeritorious Services,\u201d said Jammu and Kashmir police in a release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
