The driver of the vehicle was identified as <strong>Ishtiyak Ahmad Moghal<\/strong>, a resident of <strong>Tangdhar in Kupwara district<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Following the initial seizure, police conducted a personal search of the accused, leading to the recovery of another packet of heroin. The total quantity seized was found to be <strong>2.613 kilograms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A case has been registered under the <strong>Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act<\/strong>, and the accused has been arrested.
