The identification of the killed militants is yet to be ascertained, the officer added.<br>This year, 136 militants have been killed so far in the Valley, exceeding the number of militants killed till August 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the reports, a joint team of Police, Army&#8217;s 62 RR and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Amshipora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hiding militants fired upon the police team while the joint team was encircling the suspected location. The fire was retaliated by the joint team, triggering off a gunfight.
