There are individual differences. For example, while some students learn better with music playing in the background, others need a calm environment. Some students are comfortable with online courses, but others may prefer textbooks or some study material. So Identify what suits you better and study accordingly.<\/li><li>Prepare a timetable: Don&#8217;t try to learn things altogether. Prepare a proper timetable according to the exam date sheet. Divide the topics in a way in which you&#8217;ll be able to cover your syllabus and be fully prepared before the deadline.<\/li><li>Clear your desk: cluttered desk is a sign of cluttered mind. Take some time at the end of the day to clear your desk so that you start the next morning with a clear desk and clear mind.<\/li><li>Eat healthy and think better: Nutrition experts say that eating well and sticking to the right foods can actually make a real difference in keeping your brain at peak operation. You can eat dark chocolates. Dark chocolate&nbsp;can help&nbsp;you study as dark chocolate&nbsp;improves Focus, Memory, and Learning. It has a mild effect on increasing blood flow and reducing blood pressure. Eat enough of fruits that contain vitamin C like Guava, kiwi, orange, strawberries, papaya etc. Avoid eating heavy meals in between studies to avoid feeling sleepy.<\/li><li>Loud Reading: loud reading helps retain better. So one must always read out aloud while studying.<\/li><li>Exercise or Meditate: Recent studies show that&nbsp;meditating&nbsp;before you study&nbsp;can improve&nbsp;your reading comprehension, memory, concentration, stress and anxiety. Exercising helps&nbsp;to oxygenate the brain and release tension. It helps&nbsp;you to relax and keep calm.<\/li><li>Practice and Discuss: When you are done studying a certain topic, discuss it with your friends. Ask them for solutions or any doubts. And then keep practising because &#8220;Practice makes a man perfect.&#8221;<\/li><li>Make notes and flowcharts\/ learn through diagrams: Making notes and flowcharts help you grasp things faster than the long theoretical answers. So try learning things with the help of diagrams and flowcharts.<\/li><li>Sleep: You need atleast 6 to 7 hours of sleep. This will allow your brain to fully function the next day. Good sleep is vital for the memory.
