Gavai<\/strong>, has recommended the <strong data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"349\">transfer of Chief Justices<\/strong> of <strong data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"410\">Rajasthan, Tripura, Jharkhand, and Madras High Courts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"553\">The decision was taken during a <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"481\">collegium meeting held on May 26<\/strong>, with a resolution later uploaded on the apex court\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"583\">According to the resolution:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"1136\">\n<li data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"737\">\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"737\"><strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"625\">Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava<\/strong>, Chief Justice of the <strong data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"672\">Rajasthan High Court<\/strong>, has been recommended for <strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"736\">transfer to the Madras High Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"880\">\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"880\"><strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"771\">Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh<\/strong>, Chief Justice of the <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"816\">Tripura High Court<\/strong>, is proposed to be <strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"879\">transferred to the Telangana High Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1015\">\n<p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1015\"><strong data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"915\">Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao<\/strong>, Chief Justice of the <strong data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"962\">Jharkhand High Court<\/strong>, is to be <strong data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1014\">transferred to the Tripura High Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1136\">\n<p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1136\"><strong data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1042\">Justice K.R. Shriram<\/strong>, Chief Justice of the <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1086\">Madras High Court<\/strong>, will be <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1135\">shifted to the Rajasthan High Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1297\">In addition, the collegium has also recommended the transfer of <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1237\">Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar<\/strong> from the <strong data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1296\">Telangana High Court to the Madras High Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1302\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1360\"><strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1360\">Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar: A Brief Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1647\">Born on <strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1391\">November 17, 1964<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1419\">Justice T. Vinod Kumar<\/strong> hails from <strong data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1443\">Suryapet<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1468\">Nalgonda district<\/strong>, Telangana. He pursued his early education in Suryapet and later in <strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1550\">Hyderabad<\/strong>. Justice Kumar completed his <strong data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1618\">Bachelor of Arts and LL.B. degrees<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1646\">Osmania University<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1808\">He enrolled as an <strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1687\">advocate in 1988<\/strong> with the <strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1730\">Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh<\/strong>, beginning his legal career under the mentorship of <strong data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1807\">senior advocate Ravi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1852\">Justice Kumar held important positions as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1962\">\n<li data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1905\">\n<p data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1905\"><strong data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1905\">Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax (2015)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1962\">\n<p data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1962\"><strong data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1962\">Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Tax (2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"2029\">He continued in these roles until his <strong data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2028\">elevation to the Bench<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2148\">Justice Vinod Kumar was appointed as a <strong data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2107\">Judge of the Telangana High Court<\/strong> and was <strong data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2147\">sworn in on August 26, 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2153\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2155\" data-end=\"2412\">These judicial transfers are part of routine administrative reshuffles aimed at maintaining institutional efficiency and ensuring broad regional experience for High Court judges.
