In a significant move to boost the Government\u2019s flagship Namami Gange<\/strong> programme, the Finance Ministry<\/strong> has granted tax exemption status<\/strong> to the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG)<\/strong>, according to a formal notification issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
