New Zealand has opted to rest most of their T20 regulars for the upcoming five-match home series against Pakistan, with the Indian Premier League (IPL) around the corner. The series is set to commence on March 16<\/strong>, just days before the IPL begins on March 22<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Michael Bracewell<\/strong> will lead the Black Caps in the absence of white-ball skipper Mitchell Santner<\/strong>. Bracewell was a key performer for New Zealand in the recently concluded Champions Trophy, where the Kiwis lost the final to India.<\/p>\n
