There are several options. BSNL and MTNL are also giving you Internet,\u201d<\/em> the bench observed.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>petitioner<\/strong> alleged that the <strong>majority of the market share<\/strong> was controlled by <strong>Jio and Reliance<\/strong>, raising concerns about monopolistic practices.<\/p>\n<p>The bench responded by stating,<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIf you are alleging cartelisation, then go to the Competition Commission of India.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>However, the top court clarified that if the <strong>petitioner<\/strong> wished to seek recourse through <strong>appropriate statutory remedies<\/strong>, he was <strong>at liberty to do so<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi, February 2025: The Supreme Court of India on Monday refused to entertain a plea seeking regulation of Internet prices in the country.
