He urged them to take full advantage of the <strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"482\">entrepreneurial, startup, and livelihood opportunities<\/strong> provided by the government.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"895\">\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"895\"><strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"553\">Government Schemes for Empowerment<\/strong><br data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"556\" \/>Dr. Singh highlighted several key <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"619\">government initiatives<\/strong> aimed at empowering youth, including <strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"674\">StartUp India<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"701\">PM Vishwakarma Yojana<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"726\">PM Mudra Yojana<\/strong>. He emphasized how government schemes can provide <strong data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1167\">financial incentives<\/strong> and improve their skill sets while preserving and promoting the region&#8217;s rich <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1270\">artisanal traditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1613\">\n<p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1613\"><strong data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1307\">Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana<\/strong><br data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1310\" \/>Dr. Singh spoke about the <strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1370\">Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana<\/strong>, which offers <strong data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1427\">collateral-free loans up to Rs 20 lakh<\/strong> for aspiring entrepreneurs. This initiative removes <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1502\">financial barriers<\/strong> and empowers young individuals to <strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1567\">start their own businesses<\/strong>, promoting <strong data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1598\">economic growth<\/strong> in the region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1982\">\n<p data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1982\"><strong data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1656\">Svamitva Yojana for Land Ownership<\/strong><br data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1659\" \/>The Minister introduced the <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1709\">Svamitva Yojana<\/strong>, which provides <strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1751\">land ownership rights<\/strong> to individuals. He explained how this scheme could help resolve <strong data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1837\">property disputes<\/strong> and act as <strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1870\">financial backing<\/strong> for business ventures. He encouraged the youth to spread awareness of this initiative within their communities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2344\">\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2344\"><strong data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2045\">Technological Advancements in Kashmir&#8217;s Apple Industry<\/strong><br data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2048\" \/>Dr. Singh applauded the <strong data-start=\"2075\" data-end=\"2105\">technological advancements<\/strong> in Kashmir\u2019s <strong data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2137\">apple industry<\/strong>, which have helped <strong data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2184\">double apple production<\/strong> and improve shelf life, expanding market reach. He urged young minds to embrace <strong data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2294\">technological innovations<\/strong> in their respective fields to drive <strong data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2343\">progress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2717\">\n<p data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2717\"><strong data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2392\">Exposure to Modern India\u2019s Institutions<\/strong><br data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2395\" \/>The Minister recommended that the students visit institutions such as the <strong data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2504\">National Physical Laboratory<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2540\">Prime Ministers\u2019 Museum<\/strong>.
