However, from June 29 to 30, a fresh spell of rain and thundershowers is expected at many places in J&amp;K, according to a meteorological department official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past 24 hours until 8:30 a.m., various regions received rainfall: Srinagar recorded 1.44mm, Qazigund 1.8mm, Pahalgam 5.6mm, Kupwara 2.1mm, Kokernag 6.8mm, Gulmarg 6.6mm, Jammu 0.0mm, Banihal 0.8mm, Batote 0.3mm, and Bhaderwah 2.9mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding temperatures, Srinagar recorded a low of 14.5\u00b0C, down from 15.4\u00b0C the previous night, 1.3\u00b0C below normal for this time of year. Qazigund saw a minimum of 13.2\u00b0C, compared to 14.0\u00b0C the previous night, 1.2\u00b0C below normal. Pahalgam recorded a low of 10.6\u00b0C, slightly above the previous night&#8217;s 10.4\u00b0C, and 1.0\u00b0C above normal for the resort in south Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kokernag, the minimum temperature was 12.6\u00b0C, down from 15.1\u00b0C the previous night, 1.6\u00b0C below normal. Kupwara town recorded a low of 13.7\u00b0C, up from 12.2\u00b0C the previous night, but still 0.7\u00b0C below normal. Gulmarg experienced a minimum temperature of 5.6\u00b0C, significantly down from 8.0\u00b0C the previous night, and 4.5\u00b0C below normal for the famous skiing resort in north Kashmir\u2019s Baramulla district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jammu recorded a low of 24.9\u00b0C, 1.4\u00b0C below normal for the winter capital of J&amp;K.
