Hamid today flagged-off vehicles carrying devotees to the Annual Kheer Bhawani Mela at the Mata Kheer Bhawani Temple Shrine in Tulmulla, Ganderbal, Kashmir.<br>Addressing the gathering, SF.Hamid extended his best wishes for a safe and comfortable journey to all the pilgrims.
