The arrest comes in response to allegations by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal, who accused Kumar of assaulting her during a recent visit to Kejriwal&#8217;s home. In her complaint filed with the Delhi Police, Maliwal detailed being &#8220;slapped, hit in the stomach, and kicked&#8221; by Kumar. She reported fleeing the scene and immediately contacting authorities.
