{"id":48191,"date":"2023-12-16T05:01:09","date_gmt":"2023-12-16T05:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/earlypostdaily.com\/?p=48191"},"modified":"2023-12-16T05:01:11","modified_gmt":"2023-12-16T05:01:11","slug":"chief-justice-inaugurates-fast-track-court-pocso-cases-at-district-court-complex-jammu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/earlypostdaily.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/16\/chief-justice-inaugurates-fast-track-court-pocso-cases-at-district-court-complex-jammu\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief Justice inaugurates \u2018Fast Track Court (POCSO Cases) at District Court Complex, Jammu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>JAMMU, DECEMBER 16:<\/strong> Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu &amp; Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice N Kotiswar Singh, yesterday inaugurated newly constructed \u2018Fast Track Court (POCSO Cases) Jammu having all latest\u00a0 equippments and facilities mandatory for a POCSO Court, at District Court Complex Jammu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justice Tashi Rabstan, Administrative Judge for District&nbsp; Jammu, Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul, Justice Puneet&nbsp; Gupta, Justice Rahul Bharti, Justice Moksha Khajuria&nbsp; Kazmi, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal, Sanjay Parihar, Principal&nbsp; District and Sessions Judge Jammu, Principal Secretary to&nbsp; Chief Justice, M K Sharma, Y P Bourney, Director Judicial Academy&nbsp; besides all the judicial officers of the District Headquarter as well as&nbsp; officers of High Court registry, Jammu were also present on the&nbsp; occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was also graced by Advocate General, D.C Raina, President&nbsp; BAR Association, Vikram Sharma, Secretary Bar Association and&nbsp; office bearers of BAR Association Jammu besides Court staff of District&nbsp; Court Jammu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertinently, the construction of POCSO Court was taken up by the&nbsp; High Court&nbsp; on Fast Track basis as per latest guidelines (Vulnerable&nbsp; witnesses-deposition centre) of Committee appointed by&nbsp; Supreme Court, headed by.
