Today Parents Association held a press conference at Jio Pota Ghat, Akhnoor in which Parents Association President Amit Kapoor said that during this fight against COVD 19 when the Government of India is busy day and night in making policies and programmes for the welfare of the people, some bureaucrats in J&K are behaving like dictators and playing with the lives of innocent children and youth. In this alarming situation when the country under the able leadership of worthy Prime Minister is up against the pandemic spread and not leaving any stone unturned to help people by mitigating their problems to minimum level, the officers at the helm of affairs by their hoodwinking policies have started the online classes and allowed the private schools to fleece the hard earned money of parents in the name of tuition fee and annual charges. Most of the people working in the private sector have either lost their jobs or they are under paid. The principal secretary school education JKUT by acting in an arbitrary and arrogant manner has aggravated the problems of the parents thereby only favoring the private school mafia for the reasons best known to him. The online classes are also a biggest joke to the students on 2G internet speed and is just a gimmick of the education department. We urge the Hon’ble LG J&K UT to personally intervene in the matter and take action by removing such insensitive and high headed officers from such pivotal positions. Your personal intervention is also sought in improving the internet speed particularly for conducting the online classes so that the future wealth of the country could be channelized in a better way during this pandemic and lockdown situation. A prompt action in the matter is solicited from your august hands.
Few days back an order was passed by school Education Department regarding fees amid the ongoing pandemic parents association condemn this order as it is against the parents it is Very unfortunate and Shameful that education department is dancing on the tunes of private schools and speaking there language and further passes this kind of shameful and draconian order it might be of education department but its language is of private school association this order shows the relationship between private schools and Education department as this is grave injustice with the parents of school children who too r working in pvt sectors and are without salaries for the last 2 months. How they can arrange so much money to pay. It is pertinent to mention here that parents association is continuously fighting for the cause of parents and many of times we have e mailed and written letters to each and every bureaucrat of the JKUT administration but all gone vain many times we asked for appointment to hear the voice of parents but that to fell on deaf ears but to meet and greet the private school association our bureaucrats are always ready some days back principal secretary education via newspaper interview urged to private schools not to charge fee during the pandemic period but to utter shock. And surprise same day in morning at around about 4am he tweeted that private schools can charge fees the change in statement was because of the “Attachiyon k Rishtey” in night the deal has been finalised with private schools and early morning he changed his statement without even caring about anyone as he knows that jammu kashmir is a union territory and there is no one who can ask him anything. It is very shameful that open loot is going on in JKUT by education department with the help of private schools and vice versa. From these developments it is quite clear that the top bureaucrats are involved in this organised loot of private schools and they are very much part of this “Mafia” and “Nexus”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Parents Association president Mr Amit kapoor condemns this draconian order of the Education Department which has been passed only for the vested interest of education department and for the sake of pvt. Schools as they can only see there blue eyed private schools from whom they get hefty amounts to pass such kind of orders whereas parents association so many times approached department but they only hear the rich and other side they are are not able to see the hue n cry of innocent parents who are unable to pay the fees amid COVID19 since parents are unable to make “Attachiyon k Rishtey” as parents don’t have black money to feed these greedy crocodiles of education department thus not being heard. .
Parents Association appeals LG shri GC Murmu ji to please interfere in this matter immediately and set up an enquiry commission about this nexus of private schools earlier also the officers of education department betrayed parents and administration too by not appearing before the honorable supreme court and provided the private school association with an “EX-PARTE” stay every time it is parent who has to face all the hardships everytime it is the innocent parents who are being looted by this nexus of private schools and education department. We are left with no options now we again request LG sir to please roll back this order otherwise parents are left with no option we will come on roads with huge numbers after this pandemic and it will become a very difficult situation for administration to control parents as parents are the one who are every time betrayed. Its hight time to hear the voice of parents otherwise there is going to be a very big mess for the administration in coming days.
Further Amit Kapoor said that Parents Association appeals parents not to pay fees of any kind we will be on roads with huge numbers after this pandemic and will make govt. to roll back this draconian order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
