Today locals from Raipur Domana while maintaining the norms of social distancing protested against the authorities for their negligence against the Bovine Smuggling in the area.
\u201cWe all believe in secularism but incidents like Bovine Smuggling hurts the sentiments of Hindus as Hindu community around the globe considers Cow as a sacred animal and smuggling them for butchering is very cruel act and we have no words to explain the delibrate negligence on the part of the local police and authorities \u201c,BJP kissan Morcha Gernal secretary Rohit Verma ji said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident took place the yesternight when some local called police, local BJP leaders and Dharam Jagran Manch to inform about the Bovine Smuggling taking place in Raipur Domana area of Jammu. The smugglers after getting the information started to flee the location and were followed by the locals and the leaders from GD Road to Mishiwala Porkhu Domana and also tried to call the SHO Chanchal singh but in vain as he didnot pick calls of the aggrieved locals and failed to respond to the situation,the locals called I\/C PP Chinore Deepak Bharti but that too in vain as he also didnot take any interest in responding to the requests of the local people against the ongoing Bovine Smuggling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today after the protest by members while maintaining social distance outside PP Chinore BJP KISSAN MORCHA and DHRAM JAGRAN MANCH MEMBER gave the written application to SP RURAL Sh. Suram Singh about the incidents that took place in the previous ight while lodging their protest against the ineffective and unprofessional behaviour of above mentioned police officers in disposing their duty to curtail acts that could lead to communal tensions in the area. The leaders also alleged the involvement of some people from the local administration in giving support to the smugglers. The agitated leaders left the SP Rural\u2019s office after registering their complaint and after getting assurance from the SP Rural that such incidents will not happen in the future.
