However in view of his continuous involvement in variety of criminal cases and to safeguard the general public it was necessary to book him under stringent law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the directions of Sh Amit Gupta-JKPS Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi his dossier for Public Safety Act was framed and sent for necessary detention order to District Magistrate who formally issued the order of their detention under the PSA.
