Absconder namely Gurbachan Singh S\/O Baldev Singh R\/O Bhabber, Dera Baba Distt Reasi absconding since 2017 in case FIR No. 156\/2017 U\/S 48(a) Excise Act of Police Station Reasi has been arrested by Police party of P\/S Reasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The arrest was made by PSI Rakshat singh and SHO Reasi Vijay sharma under the supervision of DySP HQ Reasi Neeraj Padyar- JKPS.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accused person evaded arrest by disguising and changing locations and couldn\u2019t be apprehended since registration of Case FIR against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During investigation case was proved &amp; chargesheet produced against him in court of law in the year 2017. Hon\u2019ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi has issued a General Warrant of Arrest against him.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasi Police has resolved to leave no stone unturned to put hardcore &amp; long absconding criminals to justice by arresting &amp; producing them before respective Hon\u2019ble courts for judicial determination of their cases, trial under laid down procedure of the law of the land.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reasi Police apprehended one absconder, who was evading arrest since 2017.
