The lawyer&#8217;s nomination was approved by the collegium, which comprises five of the country&#8217;s top judges. The collegium reportedly reviewed the IB&#8217;s concerns and found them to be without merit. The Parsi lawyer is now set to become the first from the community to be appointed as a judge to the Bombay High Court.
