Generally cloudy sky with possibility of light rain was likely for three days thereafter, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the temperature, the MeT official said that Srinagar recorded a low of 7.1\u00b0C against 6.6\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 0.5\u00b0C below normal for the summer capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qazigund, he said, recorded a low of 4.8\u00b0C against 4.2\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 1.7\u00b0C below normal for the gateway town of Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pahalgam, he said, recorded a low of 3.0\u00b0C against 1.6\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 0.2\u00b0C above normal for the famous tourist resort in south Kashmir\u2019s Anantnag district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokernag recorded a low of 7.7\u00b0C against 6.8\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 1.6\u00b0C above normal for the place, the officials said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gulmarg recorded a low of 3.5\u00b0C against 3.0\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 2.0\u00b0C above normal for the world famous skiing resort in north Kashmir\u2019s Baramulla district, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kupwara town, he said, the mercury settled at 5.2\u00b0C against 4.2\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 1.1\u00b0C below normal for the north Kashmir area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jammu recorded a low of 17.4\u00b0C against 17.0\u00b0C on the previous night. It was 1.8\u00b0C below normal for J&amp;K\u2019s winter capital, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banihal, he said, recorded a low of 7.0\u00b0C (below normal by 1.2\u00b0C), Batote 11.5\u00b0C (above normal by 1.0\u00b0C), Katra 16.0\u00b0C (0.5\u00b0C below normal) and Bhadarwah 7.4\u00b0C (0.4\u00b0C below normal).
