Smt. <\/strong>Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon\u2019ble Union <\/strong>Minister of Finance presented Union Budget <\/strong>2022-23<\/strong> in Parliament today which we termed <\/strong>it <\/strong>as a <\/strong>Industrial Friendly and beneficial for all sections of Society of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir positive step  under the  Atma Nirbhar Bharat C<\/strong>oncept <\/strong>and have entered into <\/strong>Amrit Kaal<\/em><\/strong>, the 25-year-long lead<\/strong> up to India@100 years of Independence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is pertinent to mention here that while going through the Budget,<\/strong> <\/strong>Sh. Lalit Mahajan, President, BBIA <\/strong>welcome the <\/strong>following points which will help in Creation of Infrastructure in Industrial Sector & Industrial Sector also: –<\/strong>1. Introduction of <\/strong>PM Gati<\/strong> <\/strong>Shakti National Master Plan which <\/strong>encompass the seven Engines for E<\/strong>conomic transformation, seamless multimodal connec<\/strong>tivity and logistics efficiency.<\/strong>2. Extension in <\/strong>Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) up to March 2023<\/strong>.<\/strong>3. Credit Guarantee Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) scheme will be revamped w<\/strong>ith required infusion of funds which <\/strong>will f<\/strong>acilitate additional credit of 2 l<\/strong>akh crore for Micro and Small Enterprises and <\/strong>expand employment opportunities.<\/strong><\/strong>4. Contracts for implementation of Multimodal Logistics Parks at four<\/strong> <\/strong>locations through PPP mode will be awarded in 2022-23 for which we request the Hon\u2019ble Union Finance Minister to allot one Multimodal Logistics Parks to J&K <\/strong>keeping in mind the repaid Industrial Growth in our State on the basis of Package of Incentives announced by Govt. Of India <\/strong>which will provide great relief to Industrial Sector of J&K<\/strong>.<\/strong>5. Introducing <\/strong>Skilling programmes and partnership with the industry will be reoriented to promote continuous skilling avenues, sustainability, and employability. The National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) will be align<\/strong>ed with dynamic industry needs. <\/strong>6. W<\/strong>ith implementation of <\/strong>Ease of Doing Business 2.0 <\/strong>\u2018minimum go<\/strong>vernment & maximum governance\u2019.<\/strong>7. Solar Power <\/strong>to<\/strong> facilitate domestic manufacturing for the ambitious goal of 280 GW of installed solar capacity by 2030, an additional allocation of ` 19,500 crore for Production Linked Incentive for manufacture of high efficiency modules, with priority to fully integrated manufacturing units from poly<\/strong> <\/strong>silicon to solar PV modules, will be made.<\/strong>8. Enhancement in <\/strong>Financial Assistance to States for Capital Investment from <\/strong>`10,000 crore in the Budget Estimates to `15,000 crore<\/strong> which will help to create the Industrial Infrastructure to accumulate Prospective Big Industrial Houses from outside the State.<\/strong>9. Customs duty exemption given to steel scrap is being extended for another year to provide relief to MSME secondary steel producers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further the Budget allocation for Infrastructure Development is also a key factor for the development of Industrial Sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We request to Hon\u2019ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi<\/strong> and Hon\u2019ble Union Finance Minister<\/strong> <\/strong>Smt. <\/strong>Nirmala Sitharaman <\/strong>to provide the adequate funds for the Development of <\/strong>Industrial <\/strong>Infrastructure<\/strong> which includes the completion of Industrial Estates in time bound manner in <\/strong>Union Territory  of Jammu & Kashmir on priority basis<\/strong> enabling the prospective Entrepreneurs to start the production in time bound manner<\/strong> on the basis of 28,400 Crores Industrial Package approved by Govt. of India for the Industrial Sector of Jammu & Kashmir<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
