{"id":18860,"date":"2022-02-01T10:30:08","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T10:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/earlypostdaily.com\/?p=18860"},"modified":"2022-02-01T10:30:10","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T10:30:10","slug":"bbia-hails-union-budget-2022-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/earlypostdaily.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/01\/bbia-hails-union-budget-2022-23\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cBBIA HAILS UNION  BUDGET 2022-23\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Smt.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon\u2019ble Union&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Minister of Finance presented Union Budget&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>2022-23<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;in Parliament today which we termed&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>it&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>as a&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Industrial Friendly and beneficial for all sections of Society of Union Territory of Jammu &amp; Kashmir positive step &nbsp;under the &nbsp;Atma Nirbhar Bharat C<\/strong><strong>oncept&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>and have entered into&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><em>Amrit Kaal<\/em><\/strong><strong>, the 25-year-long lead<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;up to India@100 years of Independence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is pertinent to mention here that while going through the Budget,<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Sh. Lalit Mahajan, President, BBIA&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>welcome the&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>following points which will help in Creation of Infrastructure in Industrial Sector &amp; Industrial Sector also: &#8211;<\/strong>1.&nbsp;<strong>Introduction of&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>PM Gati<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Shakti National Master Plan which&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>encompass the seven Engines for E<\/strong><strong>conomic transformation, seamless multimodal connec<\/strong><strong>tivity and logistics efficiency.<\/strong>2.&nbsp;<strong>Extension in&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) up to March 2023<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>3.&nbsp;<strong>Credit Guarantee Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) scheme will be revamped w<\/strong><strong>ith required infusion of funds which&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>will f<\/strong><strong>acilitate additional credit of 2 l<\/strong><strong>akh crore for Micro and Small Enterprises and&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>expand employment opportunities.<\/strong><strong><\/strong>4.&nbsp;<strong>Contracts for implementation of Multimodal Logistics Parks at four<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>locations through PPP mode will be awarded in 2022-23 for which we request the Hon\u2019ble Union Finance Minister to allot one Multimodal Logistics Parks to J&amp;K&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>keeping in mind the repaid Industrial Growth in our State on the basis of Package of Incentives announced by Govt. Of India&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>which will provide great relief to Industrial Sector of J&amp;K<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>5.&nbsp;<strong>Introducing&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Skilling programmes and partnership with the industry will be reoriented to promote continuous skilling avenues, sustainability, and employability. The National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) will be align<\/strong><strong>ed with dynamic industry needs.&nbsp;<\/strong>6.&nbsp;<strong>W<\/strong><strong>ith implementation of&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Ease of Doing Business 2.0&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>\u2018minimum go<\/strong><strong>vernment &amp; maximum governance\u2019.<\/strong>7.&nbsp;<strong>Solar Power&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>to<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;facilitate domestic manufacturing for the ambitious goal of 280 GW of installed solar capacity by 2030, an additional allocation of ` 19,500 crore for Production Linked Incentive for manufacture of high efficiency modules, with priority to fully integrated manufacturing units from poly<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>silicon to solar PV modules, will be made.<\/strong>8.&nbsp;<strong>Enhancement in&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Financial Assistance to States for Capital Investment from&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>`10,000 crore in the Budget Estimates to `15,000 crore<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;which will help to create the Industrial Infrastructure to accumulate Prospective Big Industrial Houses from outside the State.<\/strong>9.&nbsp;<strong>Customs duty exemption given to steel scrap is being extended for another year to provide relief to MSME secondary steel producers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Further the Budget allocation for Infrastructure Development is also a key factor for the development of Industrial Sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We request to Hon\u2019ble Prime Minister Sh.
