Jammu, Jan 22: Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu and Kashmir State Head Information Technology (IT) Department Advocate Ishant Gupta along with Corporator Ward No. 50 Channi Himmat Neena Gupta, & District Secretary BJP Jammu Pushpinder Singh Charak urge people to be a part of BJP’s ongoing “Micro-Donation Campaign” launched on the birth anniversary of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in December 2021, seeking to raise funds through small contributions from its members, sympathizers and others. Donors can choose from the contribution options of Rs 5, Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 500 or Rs 1,000. Poonam Gupta, Ward President Pawan Dhunna, Ashok Gupta, Nishant Sharma, Sushila Gupta, and other prominent citizens were also present.
Advocate Ishant Gupta, during a meeting at ward no. 50 Channi Himmat appraised the party karyakartas to be a part of “Micro-Donation Campaign” and said that Several BJP leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda, BJP J&K President Ravinder Raina, had already made donations and also urged others to contribute. He said that BJP is a cadre based party and PM Modi a few days ago himself tweeted that \u201cI have donated Rs 1,000 towards the party fund of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Our ideal of always putting Nation First and the culture of lifelong selfless service by our cadre will be further strengthened by your micro-donation. Help make BJP strong. Help make India strong,\u201d. He said \u201cHe himself has donated towards the party fund of the Bharatiya Janata Party ”and now he urged them to donate as per their wish, by login their profile on Narendra Modi Mobile App and selecting to donate a micro contribution of minimum Rs. 5 and maximum Rs. 1000. Gupta said that our senior party’s leadership under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President JP Nadda had launched micro-donation campaign with a vision that the party\u2019s karyakartas would connect with \u201cmillions of people through this micro-donation campaign” and our leadership had sought blessings of people to \u201cstrengthen the world\u2019s largest nationalist movement.
Neena Gupta said that we all must have to participate in “Micro-Donation campaign” and as suggested by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi , we have to take this campaign as a competition among booths to see which one can collect donations from the maximum number of people and added the aim is not to collect money but to connect with people.
