{"id":1540,"date":"2020-02-14T08:28:16","date_gmt":"2020-02-14T08:28:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/earlypostdaily.com\/?p=1540"},"modified":"2020-02-14T08:28:17","modified_gmt":"2020-02-14T08:28:17","slug":"sc-issues-notice-to-jk-administration-over-omar-abdullahs-detention-under-psa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/earlypostdaily.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/14\/sc-issues-notice-to-jk-administration-over-omar-abdullahs-detention-under-psa\/","title":{"rendered":"SC issues notice to J&#038;K administration over Omar Abdullah\u2019s detention under PSA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice the Centre and Jammu and \nKashmir administration over the detention of former Chief Minister Omar \nAbdullah under the Public Safety Act (PSA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hearing a petition \nfiled by Omar&#8217;s sister Sara Abdullah Pilot on Friday, the SC bench, \nheaded by Justice Arun Mishra, gave the government and J&amp;K \nadministration two weeks to submit their reply.
