Mr. Sheikh Javid, Senior Assistant of the J&amp;K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service, then posted in Gazetted Section of Health &amp; Medical Education Department, (now attached in GAD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.
